- Begin to introduce fluoride toothpaste

- Use toothpaste the size of a green pea.
- Brush your child's teeth at least twice a day (after breakfast and before bed at night)
- Use a soft nylon toothbrush.
- Replace a toothbrush every three months or when brush hairs are damaged.
- Be exemplary by practicing the habit of maintaining oral health and perform routine checks to the dentist every 6 months.
- Familiarize children to eat healthy snacks, such as fresh fruit and fresh vegetables.
- Avoid snacks containing sugar.
